Please note that this year we have increased the number of weeks of classes from 33 to 34.
There are 2 payments, to be paid by cheques dated September 15, 2010 and Janaury 15, 2011 and made out to Swansea School of Dance.
Please note that class fees include 13% HST.
There will be registration at the studio on:
Thursday June 24 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Friday June 25 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday June 26 9:00am to 12:00pm
If you are not able to come to one of the June registration sessions and know which class or classes your child wants to take next year, you can email the information to melinda@swanseaschoolofdance.com and an invoice will be emailed to you. You then write two post-dated cheques for the dates and amounts shown on the invoice, complete the registration form and mail it all to 311 Quebec Avenue, Toronto, M6P 2V2.
There are a limited number of spaces for each class and registration is done on a first come, first served basis.
