Refund Policy

Tuition is payable in two installments due September 15, 2011 and January 15, 2012. There is a $20 non-refundable administration fee per student which is payable with Payment 1 due September 15, 2011. There is a $35 costume fee per class which is payable with Payment 2 due January 15, 2012. Any student who withdraws from a class before October 15, 2011 will be charged a withdrawal fee of $50 and will be refunded a pro-rated amount of the Payment 1 paid in September, plus 100% of Payment 2. Any student who withdraws from a class after October 15, 2011 and before January 15, 2012 will be refunded only Payment 2. No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2012. There is a $25 fee for any cheque returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.
